1. How to cancel the order?
After the order is paid successfully, the user can check the order status in the account order details.
If the order has not been packaged and shipped, you can cancel the order in the order details. Payments will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after order cancellation. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.
If the order has already been packaged and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled because the order has already been processed and the package cannot be returned.
If you confirm that you want to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and the resulting return shipping and other additional charges will be borne by the customer.

2. Return validity period
Our returns are valid until 14 days after the item arrives. We will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange if it has been more than 14 days since you received the item.
Brand new products purchased on this site do not affect secondary sales. Returns and exchanges without reason within the return validity period will be fully refunded (product damage caused by human and external causes, etc., returns and exchanges are not accepted).

Items must be brand new.
Returns must include all accessories.
Items must include original packaging.

Please understand that we do not accept returns of used products.
If there is no product quality problem, the return shipping fee due to the customer’s personal reasons, such as dislike/wrong color/wrong size, etc., the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
Projectoryou is responsible for returns due to defective/damaged/missing items/wrong items, return shipping will be borne by Projectoryou.
We do not charge re-listing fees.

7. How to return?

8. How do I get a refund?
Once the returned item arrives at Projectoryou’ warehouse and has been successfully inspected, the refund process will begin. 9. Delayed or lost refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 2 business days, please check your payment account again first. Then contact your account company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.
