Return orders are processed within 1-3 business days

We are available Monday-Friday/8:00AM-5:00PM (PST).

Return orders submitted after 5:00PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, orders placed after 5:00PM on Friday are processed on the following Monday.

Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

Return and exchange criteria:

Returns and exchanges need to be made within 14 natural days after you sign for the projector.

Returns must ensure that the projector is brand new, undamaged, and complete with all accessories.

The surface of the projector is free of wear and tear, and there are no obvious signs of use.

Does not affect the secondary sales.

Return and refund

If you decide to return your product within 14 natural days of the return validity date, you can follow the process below:

1. Pack the projector:Please pack the projector in its original packaging, including the accessories and gifts received.

2. Send the projector to 9823 S Wallace Ct, Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

After sending it, please send us the logistics information and courier number via email [email protected] so that we can check it as soon as we receive it and refund you.

3. Return Shipping:If you choose to return the projector because of a quality or shipping issue (e.g., the projector is not working), the shipping cost will be borne by

If the return is due to the customer’s personal dislike of the projector received (color or style), wrong photo, etc., the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Processing:Once the returned projector arrives at’s warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.

Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Requesting a return

If you need to return an item and meet the return criteria, you can request a return in one of the following two ways:

1. Contact Yuk Ruozzo at [email protected] to request a return.

2. Find the order you need to return on your order details page, submit your return request and we will approve it for you as soon as possible.

You can also contact Customer Service Yuk Ruozzo at [email protected] after you have applied for a return yourself and we will process your order first.

We do not charge for re-shelving.
